Getting started
Where can you detail my car?
Driveways, garages, carports, office lots and most apartment complexes. If your building or HOA has rules about washing cars, tell us when you book and we'll plan around them.
Do I need to be home?
Just at the start to hand off keys and walk around the car with us, and at the end if you'd like. Plenty of customers book while they're at work.
Timing
How long does a detail take?
Exterior: about 1.5 hours. Interior: about 2 hours. Full Detail: about 3 hours. Paint correction: 4 to 8 hours. Ceramic coating: half a day to a full day. Very dirty interiors and larger vehicles can run longer.
What happens if it rains?
We watch the forecast. If rain or wind will ruin the result, we'll text you to reschedule at no charge, and your deposit moves to the new date. Interior-only details can usually go ahead in a garage or carport.
Pricing & payment
How do I pay?
A small deposit when you book online holds your slot and comes off your final bill. Pay the balance when we're done by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, Zelle or Venmo.
Do you charge extra for pet hair?
Light pet hair is part of every interior. Heavy shedding takes a lot more time, so it may add cost. We'll show you and confirm the price before we start. No surprises.
Why is my price different from the website?
Our prices are starting points by vehicle size. Heavy soiling, pet hair or add-ons can change the total. We always confirm with you before doing extra work.
Booking
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is fully refunded or moved. Inside 24 hours, the deposit covers our lost slot.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Buy one online in any amount and we'll email it straight to the recipient.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. Our monthly plan brings us back once a month and saves you 20% on every visit. Cancel anytime online.
Which areas do you serve?
San Ramon, Danville, Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, Alamo, Blackhawk, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Clayton and Castro Valley. Close by but not listed? Ask.
